My second recovery ride since an infection hit me because I had too many teeth, two wisdom teeth now extracted (stitches out on Tuesday). I say goodbye to the last of these troublesome teeth (they lack any wisdom) in 13 days’ time.

On a road ride last Saturday, I felt discombobulated and today I felt so much better.

Healing needs patience which is rewarded in due course.

On route the corn is bursting ready for harvest, wildflowers are in bloom and dusty Campag Record!

44km but feels like a 100, which is an improvement – cool.
