Gö Gravel Herbst Ausfahrt 4 – October 28 2024
The fourth of a series of Monday informal social rides through October.
With the clocks having gone back in time we started in the twilight and soon we were pedalling in the dark.

Gö Gravel Ride of the Falling Leaves – October 27 2024
Herbst is here and the trees are dropping their browning leaves.
We rode the Gö Paris Tours – Roadie Chemin Blanc Omloop to the south of Gö. A tribute to stage 9 of the men´s 2024 Tour de France and Paris Tours cycle races.
The ride featured Tim M, Ingo, Rostyslav, Jan, Konstantin, Hannah K, Andrea, Jennifer, and John.

Gloves Off in Gö – October 17 2024
After several very cold days, I was ill prepared for what was a warm almost summer like day. I took off whatever clothing I could and was forced to slow down because I was overheating.
Not that I am complaining because it was a cool ride mixing asphalt and gravel.
It is sugar beet harvest time and so mud thrown onto the asphalt feldweg had been like ice in nature was now being baked dry in the sun (See below).

Gö Gravel Herbst Ausfahrt 2 – October 14 2024
The second of a series of Monday informal social rides through October.
It was an awesome mudfest because the Sugar beet harvest is being gathered in and mud is being spread everywhere by farm machinery. A stick was a useful item to have to clear out gunk between tyre and frame.
We rode at a social pace onto to the high ground to the West of Göttingen.

Arghhh in Gö – October 1 2024
I had a great plan, a genuinely great plan… and although I was prepared to ride through the rain, but when my rear tubeless went flat and it wouldn´t reinflate I knew it wasn´t my day.
I made the most of the ride and had an enjoyable time scouting the Gö PRbx and I ended with a small spin in the forest to make things even better.
If anyone would like to give me a hug…… or you need a hug….
