Gö Strade Bianche mit Tom – September 28 2021
Tom on a visit to Göttingen from the Netherlands has recently been riding in Tuscany and he wanted to ride the Gö Strade Bianche.
This we did beginning with a westside loop, riding along the Leine Valley, into Thuringia and across the now defunct Iron Curtain before returning along the hillier east side of the valley.
Tom is a Fausto Coppi fan and wears the shirt to prove it – his bottles and bar tape are celeste coloured, but his Bianchi bike is not.
He said that the gravel did remind him of Tuscany.
76km.
