My final ride of the Autumn 2019 as we move into Winter.
It is warm in Göttingen, but rain is forecast and at the end of December we could see the temperature plummet to minus 5/6!
What is good for the morale and the reason why people have celebrated this time for centuries is because the shortest day and longest night will be soon behind us. Ever increasing daylight hours are ahead.
On route I found a few more sections of gravel on this short Gö Strade Bianche reconnaissance ride, one that of which was a real test for my Vittoria 28mm Pave tyres.
I think I now have the Gö Strade Bianche route locked in my head with one small proviso, if anyone wants to test ride it with me please get in touch.
Note the very orange house! Eyesore or simply brilliant?
